On July 14, Yang Zhihua, Party Secretary and Director of the Zhuzhou Municipal Bureau of Commerce, along with Li Jun, Head of the Foreign Trade Division, and Yang Bingfeng, Director of the Shifeng District Bureau of Commerce, paid a visit to the company to conduct a research and guidance tour. Liu Chaohui, Secretary of the Party Committee of Lince Group, and Zhang Weiliang, Deputy General Manager, accompanied the delegation.

Yang Zhihua and his delegation visited the production workshop of the company’s Ventilation and Cooling Division, where they gained an in-depth understanding of the company’s independently developed products, including the MIREO‑platform cooling system, passenger‑car ventilation fans for the Mexico City Metro, and braking resistors. They also discussed the company’s import‑export operations and its quality‑control measures for export‑bound products.

At the symposium, Zhang Weiliang delivered a detailed report covering the company’s historical evolution, its principal foreign trade models, import and export performance, and future development plans.

Liu Chaohui extended a warm welcome to Director Yang Zhihua and his delegation for their visit to conduct research and provide guidance, expressed sincere gratitude for the longstanding support and assistance from the municipal and district commerce bureaus, and reported on the conveniences that the “Hunan–Guangdong–Africa” rail-sea intermodal transport corridor has brought to the company’s import and export operations, among other related matters.

Yang Zhihua fully commended Lince Group for its longstanding achievements in import‑export development, noting that the Bureau of Commerce and enterprises are close partners. The Municipal Bureau of Commerce will steadfastly implement the municipal Party committee and government’s directives to further optimize the business environment, establish a long‑term communication mechanism between government and enterprises, address their concerns promptly, and leverage all its functions to provide comprehensive policy and resource support, thereby delivering robust services to the real economy. At the same time, he expressed his hope that Lince Group will continue to capitalize on its decades of expertise in import‑export operations, expand into overseas markets, and, while driving its own growth, contribute to the sustained expansion of Zhuzhou’s import‑export trade and the steady enhancement of its standing in international commerce.
