Digital and Software Engineering Solutions
A multidisciplinary R&D team led by a Ph.D. possesses core technologies in intelligent monitoring, networked big data, AI visual algorithms, vehicle electronic control, and PHM-based fault prediction.
On-line Monitoring Solution for Ventilation and Cooling System
The system collects signals including vibration, temperature, wind speed and current from ventilation-cooling equipment such as locomotive traction fans, cooling towers and auxiliary converter fans. It monitors the operating conditions of the ventilation and cooling system in real time, and performs condition diagnosis, evaluation and health management for bearings, air duct blockage and other faults. It supports data storage, trend analysis and multi-level alarm functions to guide preventive maintenance.
Application Scenarios: EMUs, electric locomotives, dual-power diesel-electric locomotives
Networking System Solution
It builds a full closed-loop platform ranging from data acquisition to intelligent applications, realizing real-time intelligent collection and analysis of information packets including locomotive energy consumption, faults and operation events. It supports three-end collaboration among CP client, mini-program and intelligent large-screen display. It can access information such as regions, train numbers, driver IDs and operation routes, and deliver customized data statistics and intelligent application scenario analysis as required.
Application Scenarios: New-energy locomotives, diesel locomotives, electric locomotives, mining machinery, etc.
PHM for Locomotive Auxiliary Systems
Multi-source sensors are adopted to realize real-time condition monitoring of critical auxiliary equipment. A closed-loop technical chain of “Perception-Diagnosis-Prediction-Decision-making” is established to implement condition prediction and health management for auxiliary equipment. It reduces the full-life-cycle cost of equipment and enhances the intrinsic safety of locomotive operation.
Application Scenarios: “Perception-Diagnosis-Prediction-Decision-making” scenarios for key equipment of rail-vehicle auxiliary systems.
Voice and Video Surveillance System Solution
The video system is an end-to-end, integrated audio‑video surveillance solution that combines video capture, transmission, intelligent processing, storage and playback, centralized management, and display output. Featuring a 4U chassis design for easy maintenance and installation, it provides comprehensive audio‑video monitoring of key areas such as the train’s forward direction, the driver’s cab, the pantograph‑catenary system, and the mechanical compartment, enabling real-time recording and local storage. It serves as the core foundational system for visualized, smart management in rail transit. Additionally, the system incorporates fire‑monitoring capabilities, meeting fire‑protection and suppression needs in spaces like the mechanical compartment, while continuously evolving and upgrading toward advanced intelligent driver‑assistance functions.
Application scenarios: Monitoring applications for rail transit vehicles, maintenance vehicles, and more.
New Energy Vehicle Microcomputer Network Control System Solution
The microcomputer-based network control system of new‑energy locomotives serves as the core control center. Tailored to the specific characteristics of these locomotives, the system has undergone specialized optimization and upgrades, integrating the vehicle’s traction, braking, electrical, and auxiliary systems to enable centralized control, real-time condition monitoring, fault diagnosis, and coordinated operation. It is the pivotal system that ensures the safe, efficient, and stable operation of new‑energy locomotives.
Application scenarios: New-energy locomotives, new-energy mobile platforms, new-energy remote-control driving platforms, and systems compatible with intelligent driving, among others.
Locomotive Driver Performance Evaluation System Solution
The system monitors locomotive operating conditions in real time and performs intelligent diagnostics on safety‑related parameters such as jolts and abnormal vibrations. At the same time, it constructs driver‑behavior profiles based on multi‑dimensional data, enabling precise quantitative assessment of driving skills and providing decision‑making support for driving optimization and health management.
Application scenarios: New-energy locomotives, diesel locomotives, electric locomotives, mining machinery, and more
