On June 28, the Fourth Party Branch of the Zhuzhou Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, in collaboration with Lince Group, jointly organized a themed Party Day activity titled “Studying the 20th National Congress Together and Accelerating the Development of a Modern Industrial System.”

Xiao Xuqing, member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Zhuzhou Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology; Wu Jian and Liu Riyuan, second-level researchers; Wen Qiying, former director of the Zhuzhou Municipal Center for Information Industry Development; Xiao Yongmin, Chairman of Lince Group; Liu Chaohui, Secretary of the Party Committee; Dong Xin, Deputy General Manager; Zhao Qin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection; Tang Zhiguo, Secretary of the Board of Directors; along with more than 20 Party members from both sides, participated in the themed Party Day activity.

Xiao Yongmin, on behalf of Lince Group, extended a warm welcome to the delegation from the Zhuzhou Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, and expressed his heartfelt gratitude for the bureau’s sustained strong support and assistance over the years.

Zhao Qin reported on Lince Group’s production, operations, and Party-building efforts, covering areas such as intelligent manufacturing capabilities, industrial diversification, key projects, industrial layout, and best practices in Party building.

Xiao Xqing stated that this joint Party‑building activity between government and enterprises is an important practical step to implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and accelerate the development of a modern industrial system. It also represents a field‑based research initiative aimed at engaging more deeply with businesses, directly hearing their concerns, and providing better support. The Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology will continue to refine its policy‑support framework and improve its institutional mechanisms, leveraging Party‑building collaboration as a platform to deliver comprehensive services that help enterprises build a modern industrial system.

Lince Group will fully leverage the platform for joint Party building, align with industrial development policies, and continuously enhance its innovation capacity and competitiveness, driving the industry toward high-end, intelligent, and green development. In doing so, it will inject new momentum into the efforts to “vigorously cultivate a renowned manufacturing city and accelerate the construction of a happy Zhuzhou,” thereby contributing to the establishment of a modern industrial system.
