Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China released the 2022 Green Manufacturing List, and Lince Group was recognized as a national-level green supply chain management enterprise.

Green Manufacturing, Digitally Empowered

At the Ventilation and Cooling Workshop of Lince Group, a production line integrating CNC equipment, robots, intelligent torque workstations, and cutting-edge information, networking, and specialized industrial software—centered on integrated production and control, as well as smart products and services—has achieved centralized process zoning, lean workstation design, and intelligent manufacturing. This approach has not only reduced labor intensity and enhanced operational safety but also significantly boosted production efficiency. In 2022, the “Digitalized Workshop for Ventilation and Cooling System Components” was recognized as one of the first benchmark smart manufacturing workshops in Hunan Province.

At present, smart production lines have been rolled out across the company’s other workshops. The deployment of laser cleaning systems, automated painting lines, robotic welding cells, intelligent workstations, and smart storage cabinets has fundamentally transformed the traditional “entirely manual” operating model. Driven by the “smart manufacturing” transformation and digital empowerment, working conditions for employees have become more ergonomic, while the enterprise’s operational efficiency and profitability have been significantly enhanced.

Green products, widely applied

Lince Group places great emphasis on developing green, eco-friendly products and has successfully created water-based coatings that seamlessly combine environmental sustainability with high performance. These coatings have been applied to the interior fittings of China’s first double-decker EMU trainset exported to Europe, fully meeting the EU’s TSI railway standards.

In addition, Lince’s waterborne coatings have been deployed in mass production on the Shenhua 24‑axle electric locomotive as well as on multiple urban rail vehicles in Changsha, Wuxi, and other cities. A suite of key technologies and products—such as lightweight composite materials, high‑efficiency low‑noise fans, and non‑metallic impellers—designed for energy efficiency, weight reduction, and environmental sustainability has been put into large‑scale use and has delivered excellent results.

Green environment, comfortable experience

Lince Group maintains a high level of investment in safeguarding its employees’ working environment, progressively installing environmentally friendly equipment and facilities such as constant‑temperature and constant‑humidity air-conditioning systems, UV photolysis plus activated carbon exhaust‑gas treatment units, soundproofed and noise‑reduced enclosures, and catalytic combustion exhaust‑gas treatment systems. The company continuously adopts new processes, technologies, and equipment to optimize its process layout, consistently fostering a green workplace, ensuring safety, and providing employees with a comfortable working experience.

Water-cooled air conditioning and far-infrared heating have significantly enhanced employee comfort during both summer and winter, and have been implemented across multiple production units, including the New Industries Division, the Material Preparation Workshop, and the New Materials Company. 。

Green energy, photovoltaic carbon reduction

Lince Group has converted the rooftops of its new industrial park into a distributed photovoltaic power generation system with a total installed capacity of 7.07 MW, and the first phase of the project was connected to the grid and began generating electricity on March 6.

As of May 31, the first phase of the project has generated a cumulative 670,000 kWh, with 440,000 kWh consumed on-site and the remaining surplus fed into the grid.

Green supply, co‑building on the blockchain

Lince Group extends green technologies throughout its supply chain, collaborating with upstream and downstream partners to build a green supply chain system. This encompasses green design, green procurement, green manufacturing, green packaging, and green logistics, enabling resource recovery and reuse across the entire product lifecycle.

At the same time, we will refine the green procurement standards and framework, establish a comprehensive code of supplier conduct and a supplier audit system, conduct regular training for suppliers, and integrate suppliers’ environmental performance—such as the status of their certification systems and compliance with and reduction of hazardous substances—into their performance evaluation and assessment.
