In April, the Director of Procurement at Siemens Mobility (China) presented Liu Qi, a quality engineer at Lince Group, with a “Quality Inspection Authorization Letter.” With this authorization, Liu Qi is now officially empowered to represent Siemens’ Quality Department in conducting pre-shipment inspections of Lince Group’s export roof panels. 。

Since its establishment, Lince Group’s structural components business has comprehensively aligned itself with Siemens’ processes, technologies, and management practices, focusing on continuous improvement. The company has established robust capabilities in market expansion, technological R&D, process manufacturing, and management operations. It has mastered 22 advanced welding processes and possesses the expertise to design, perform simulation and analysis, achieve efficient manufacturing, and conduct testing and validation—covering materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, and composite materials, from small structural components to complete vehicle bodies. Meanwhile, Lince Group is committed to cultivating a workforce of highly skilled craftsmen; over the years, it has trained a total of 72 international welding engineers and 348 internationally certified welders, bringing its overall welding proficiency to an internationally advanced level.

A comprehensive quality management system is established across the entire process—from raw material procurement and process‑plan development to personnel qualification review, critical‑process control, and in‑process inspections—ensuring end‑to‑end quality oversight from design inception through manufacturing and delivery. This system employs a “four‑fixed” approach: fixed personnel, fixed positions, fixed workstations, fixed equipment, fixed tooling, and fixed processes. The “Six‑Fixed” standards reinforce standardized, meticulous management throughout the production process. At the same time, a multi‑tiered inspection system—comprising self‑inspection, specialized inspection, project‑specific inspection, and customer‑side inspection—ensures that no stage is overlooked and no detail is ignored, upholding stringent quality requirements to guarantee long‑term product stability. As a result, our export‑grade top covers have maintained a flawless record for many consecutive years.
