On November 24, the company hosted the 21st Forum on Building a Learning Organization. This year’s forum, themed “Digital Lince,” delved into the digital transformation of products, production lines, and management, while also looking ahead to the future of “Digital Lince.”

Centering on three key themes—digital products, digital production lines, and digital management—Su Yigang, Head of the Product R&D Department; Chen Wentao, Head of the Intelligent & Data R&D Department; Yao Yuhong, Head of the Process Management Department; Xiong Hao, General Manager of the Structural Components Business Unit; Dai Moujun, Director of the Lean Production Office; and Liu Nengwen, Deputy Chair of the Strategic Decision‑Making Committee, shared their insights and visions. By presenting case studies of the company’s automated manufacturing applications, they analyzed the conditions and opportunities for digital transformation and proposed implementation pathways and recommendations—including first‑principles and forward‑thinking design approaches, knowledge engineering, value‑and‑benefit creation, capability building, and digitalization aligned with lean principles.

The employee representatives in attendance engaged in exchanges and discussions with the expert team on representative and targeted issues related to digital awareness, digital implementation challenges, and digital application within their respective units and roles.

Xiao Yongmin, Chairman and General Manager of the company, emphasized that the essence of digitalization lies in enhancing efficiency and effectiveness, thereby achieving the goal of sustainable, high‑quality development—key to the company’s future competitive edge. He called for a clear understanding of the imperative to embrace digital transformation amid challenges, a deep appreciation of the opportunities it presents, and a steadfast commitment to seizing the momentum of our times. He urged a shift in mindset, intensified learning, and the continuous breaking of mental barriers; accelerating change, fostering innovation, and fully leveraging proactive initiative. Furthermore, he stressed the importance of engaging all employees, fostering collaborative efforts, and jointly driving the company’s digital transformation to realize its vision of sustainable, high‑quality growth.

Liu Chaohui, Secretary of the Company’s Party Committee, presided over the forum’s opening and delivered a concluding address. He urged all units to fully recognize the importance, necessity, and urgency of digital transformation, to benchmark their work, identify problems and gaps, and map out concrete implementation pathways. He called for fostering a unified will and coordinated action across the entire workforce, accelerating the creation of a favorable environment for seizing development opportunities, and expediting the company’s digital transformation to achieve sustainable, high‑quality growth.
