The Growth and Hopes of a “Newbie”～

Over the course of more than a month of internship, my practical skills and way of thinking underwent a profound transformation. In the laboratory, I built upon my academic knowledge with hands-on technical expertise, participating in performance testing and characterization of composite materials. Through this experience, I gained an in-depth understanding of the properties and application areas of various materials, as well as a clearer grasp of composite manufacturing processes, process control, and the relationships between material structure and performance. Beyond lab work, I also had the opportunity to take part in project team discussions and meetings, collaboratively exploring solutions to technical challenges alongside my colleagues. I truly felt the mentorship of senior colleagues and absorbed the company’s inclusive, hopeful, dynamic, and inspiring work environment.

As a young person of the new era, I am filled with enthusiasm and high hopes for the future. At the same time, I will continue to study diligently and explore new horizons, striving to enhance my professional expertise in my future research and work, fulfilling my duties, living up to my mission, realizing my personal value, and contributing my part to the company’s high-quality development.

Since joining the company, I have gained a great deal and developed countless reflections. Over the past month, the warm welcome I received upon arrival, the thorough and dedicated training, and the enjoyable ice-breaking activities have gradually dispelled my previous perception of manufacturing as nothing more than the constant roar of machinery. They have also sparked new aspirations for the company. Meanwhile, under the guidance of my mentors and colleagues, I have come to understand and master the department’s workflows and the use of office systems, learned how to review simple business documents, prepare and submit various forms, and completed the organization and binding of certain vouchers and ledgers.

I believe that choosing to become a member of Lince will be the wisest decision I’ve ever made. I hope that, years from now, I can still hold my head high, remain true to my original aspirations, and look back with nothing but pride and honor. Together with Lince, I will embrace the spirit of hard work and strive to paint an even brighter future.

I vaguely recall the confusion and anxiety I felt when I first joined the company, still caught up in comparing myself to colleagues who had already entered the workforce, trying to gauge whether I’d made the right choice. That all changed one day when I attended a technical‑center meeting on engineering problem analysis and resolution—there, I was struck by the team’s positive, forward‑looking work environment. Their approach is systematic and meticulous, down to the smallest details, from how they wear their uniforms and name tags to the adoption of new processes. When faced with challenges, they offer both guidance and camaraderie, all of which vividly embodies the company’s core values: honesty, gratitude, innovation, and progress.

In the days ahead, I will leverage the company’s expansive platform to work diligently, hone my skills, elevate myself, and build up my capabilities. With my aspirations firmly in mind, I will set sail toward a bright future.

Though words fall short, my gratitude runs deep—never will I forget the kindness of my mentor. As a newcomer to the workplace, I’ve been able to overcome uncertainty and fear, thanks in no small part to Master Zhou Ziyuan, who was assigned to guide me at the company. Her patient demonstrations and clear explanations on the production floor enabled me to grasp, for the first time beyond the classroom, how components such as cooling towers, pumps, fans, and radiators operate, and she also taught me how to use diagnostic instruments. Moreover, whenever I encountered challenges at work, she was always quick to offer guidance and resolve my doubts, instilling in me the valuable habit of going out into the field to seek answers on my own. Over these past month and more, I want to say to her: “Thank you, Master—you’ve worked so hard!”
