On July 13, Li Yuliang, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Zhuzhou Municipal People’s Congress and Chairman of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, led a delegation to conduct a research visit to Lince Group. Accompanying the delegation were Liu Biliang, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of the Zhuzhou Municipal Federation of Trade Unions; Chen Jianzhi, Director of the Municipal Federation’s General Office; Liu Qingfeng, Head of the Grassroots Work Department; as well as company executives including Chairman Xiao Yongmin, Vice Chairman Wang Lizong, Party Secretary Liu Chaohui, Deputy General Manager Xu Junwei, Chief Accountant Yang Ming, Discipline Inspection Commission Secretary Zhao Qin, and Union Chairman Zeng Meiling.

Li Yuliang and his delegation visited the production floor, touring the Structural Components Division and the Ventilation and Cooling Division’s manufacturing workshops. Xiao Yongmin provided an overview of the company’s product portfolio and the progress of its production-line development. Using 3D holographic projections, they gained a clear and comprehensive understanding of the application scenarios and real-world performance of the company’s products. They also inspected the company’s Party‑and‑Masses activity center, where they learned in detail about the implementation of employee‑led initiatives such as the “Five Small” projects—covering improvements in efficiency, quality, safety, cost‑effectiveness, and environmental protection—and paid close attention to the cultivation and career development of model workers.

At the symposium, Xiao Yongmin outlined the company’s history of development, its current status, and its future growth plans.

Zeng Meiling provided an overview of the company’s trade union and presented to the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions the union’s current challenges and needs.

Li Yuliang highly commended the company’s achievements, from its restructuring to its rise as one of the province’s top 100 private enterprises, and expressed great appreciation for the company’s emphasis on trade union work and its care for employees, praising it as “a benchmark for private enterprises.” He also stated that all departments of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions should be proactive, take decisive action, and provide strong leadership; they should closely monitor and follow up on the challenges raised by enterprises, facilitate problem resolution, and pay close attention to and support the development of restructured companies.
