　　April 18, 2022, marked a profoundly significant and momentous day in the professional careers of Lince employees and in the development history of Lince Group.

　　The company held a solemn flag-raising ceremony and convened the 20th Forum on Building a Learning‑Oriented Enterprise, themed “Twenty Years of Restructuring: Moving Toward the Future Together.” Participants jointly reviewed the company’s two-decade journey of hard work and dedication, looked ahead to a bright future, and celebrated the 20th anniversary of its successful restructuring.

　　We are grateful to the times, to our customers, and to our employees. Over the past two decades, by moving forward with the times, partnering with our customers, and standing shoulder to shoulder with our staff, we have faced every challenge without fear, lived up to expectations, and refused to yield to fate. Staying true to our original aspirations, we have forged the core values of “honesty, gratitude, innovation, and progress” through relentless effort, and cultivated the Lince spirit of “loyalty, perseverance, responsibility, and cherishment,” thereby steadily strengthening the path toward common prosperity.

　　On this new journey, the company will steadfastly uphold the Party’s overall leadership, rally closely around the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core, and energetically advance the development and progress of the industry, contributing to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The company will always bear in mind the principle that “development is for the employees, relies on the employees, and its fruits are shared with them,” and unswervingly pursue a path of common prosperity. Furthermore, the company will consistently cherish its developmental achievements, opportunities, and platforms, ensuring that high‑quality growth provides a solid foundation for realizing its original aspirations.

　　At the subsequent forum on building a learning organization, participating employees reviewed the company’s arduous journey since its restructuring and jointly discussed and envisioned a bright future for the enterprise.

　　The forum was chaired by Vice Chairman Wang Lizong, who emphasized that we must uphold the company’s fine traditions, distill and convey the spirit and strength embedded in its history of development, and use these as guidance for the company’s future high-quality growth.

　　Party Secretary Liu Chaohui emphasized the need to continue upholding the corporate culture rooted in “honesty, gratitude, innovation, and progress,” and to use it as a guiding principle to steer the company toward an even brighter future.

　　Chairman Xiao Yongmin delivered a keynote address, emphasizing that only by doing today well can we secure tomorrow. Looking ahead, the people of Lince must always remain grateful—grateful for the development opportunities of our times, for the support and assistance of our customers, and for the hard work of our employees. We must continue to strengthen our sense of crisis, responsibility, innovation, and teamwork; persist in learning; and pursue sustained innovation across multiple dimensions and from diverse angles. Guided by the 14th Five-Year Plan and the development goals set forth by the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government, we will act without delay and devote ourselves wholeheartedly to building a new Lince that is even happier and more prosperous.
