　　On February 28, four grassroots Party organizations—the Party Committee of the Urban Rail Business Unit, the Party Committee of the Locomotive Business Unit, the Party Branch of the Process Engineering Department, and the General Party Branch of Lince Group’s New Materials Company—held a signing ceremony for a joint Party-building initiative titled “Party Leadership, Interior-Decoration Enhancement, Integrated Collaboration, and Quality‑Driven Efficiency.” Through this collaborative effort, they aim to forge a new paradigm for upgrading the interior‑decoration industry based on resource sharing, complementary strengths, mutual reinforcement, and collective advancement, thereby fostering coordinated development across the upstream and downstream segments of the industrial chain.

　　At the signing ceremony, the Party organizations of the four parties signed a master agreement on joint Party building, along with four project-specific sub‑agreements. Through this collaborative Party‑building model, they will fully leverage the role of Party organizations as strong fortresses and that of Party members as pioneers and models, establish an open and seamless platform for coordinated communication, jointly identify issues in production, manufacturing, product quality, and other areas, pinpoint priorities for optimization, improvement, and problem‑solving, and pool the pioneering strength of Party members. With a clean and upright cooperative relationship, they will work together to break through bottlenecks and achieve cost reduction and efficiency gains.

　　Liu Chaohui, Secretary of the Company’s Party Committee, stated that this joint party‑building agreement marks a significant step in fully implementing the strategic party‑building collaboration between CRRC Zhuzhou Locomotive Co., Ltd. and Lince Group in the interior‑fitting industry. It also represents an important initiative to bridge the administrative affiliations of party organizations across the upstream and downstream segments of the industrial chain, establishing a working mechanism in which the Party Committee provides the platform, grassroots branches take concrete action, and party members demonstrate their commitment. With “enterprise‑wide co‑construction” for resource sharing, “mutual‑assistance co‑construction” to jointly advance production and management, “problem‑solving co‑construction” to tackle business challenges, and “regional co‑construction” for joint cultivation and learning, Lince Group will spare no effort to drive manufacturing, technological upgrading, cost reduction, and efficiency gains in the interior‑fitting sector, thereby achieving win‑win outcomes and fostering coordinated development across the entire industrial chain.
