　　Recently, the General Office of the National Development and Reform Commission released the 2021 evaluation results for National Enterprise Technology Centers. Lince Group’s National Enterprise Technology Center scored 82.5 points, an improvement of 3.7 points compared with two years ago, and climbed 300 places in the rankings, placing it among the top performers in the rail transit industry.

　　The National Enterprise Technology Center is one of the highest‑level and most influential national technology‑innovation platforms in China, jointly recognized by five ministries—the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Finance, the General Administration of Customs, and the State Taxation Administration. It conducts a comprehensive assessment based on indicators such as the applicant company’s innovation talent, technological accumulation, innovation infrastructure, technological output, and innovation performance.

　　The company focuses on the rail transit industry and adheres to innovation-driven development. It has established 17 innovation platforms, including a National Enterprise Technology Center, a Provincial Engineering Technology Research Center, and an Academician Expert Workstation. By integrating an independent innovation system with industry–university–research collaboration, the company has achieved breakthroughs in key technologies such as high efficiency, lightweight design, green practices, and intelligent systems. The company has undertaken 38 national, provincial, and municipal key research projects, filed a cumulative total of 1,414 patent applications, and spearheaded or participated in the drafting of 22 national and industry standards.
