　　On the morning of June 8, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Lince Group’s intelligent transformation and upgrading project—focused on high-end rail transit equipment components—was solemnly held at Tianxin High-Tech Industrial Park. Wang Weian, Vice Mayor of the Zhuzhou Municipal People’s Government, officially declared the project underway.

　　Zou Zhichao, Secretary of the Shifeng District Party Committee; Jing Huabing, Deputy District Mayor; Chen Jun, Director of Tianxin High-Tech Industrial Park; Xiao Yongmin, Chairman and General Manager of Lince Group; Wang Lizong, Party Secretary; along with other company executives; Hao Jinwen, Deputy Chief Economist of China Railway Third Bureau and General Manager of its Transportation Engineering Branch; and Liu Xiangying, Executive Commander of the Central-South Regional Command of China Railway Third Bureau, all attended the groundbreaking ceremony.

　　The Lince Group’s intelligent transformation and upgrading project for the high-end rail transit equipment supporting industry encompasses four key areas: capacity expansion in relevant product lines, intelligent manufacturing of high-end core and critical components, among others. The project covers a site of 143 mu, with a total floor area of 61,000 square meters, and is scheduled for a construction period of 36 months.
