　　At the meeting, Wang Lizong, Secretary of the Company’s Party Committee, delivered a keynote report titled “Embarking on a New Long March with a New Mission in the Pursuit of High‑Quality Corporate Development.” He noted that today, July 1, marks the momentous 98th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. On this occasion, the company honored a group of exemplary primary-level Party organizations, model Communist Party members, outstanding Party members, and dedicated Party affairs workers who have made remarkable contributions to the company’s growth, presenting these achievements as a fitting tribute to the Party and celebrating its birthday— an event of great significance for Party organizations at all levels and for the broad ranks of Party members across the enterprise. On behalf of the Company’s Party Committee, he extended his warm congratulations to the recognized advanced collectives and individuals, welcomed the newly admitted Party members, and conveyed festive greetings and heartfelt gratitude to Party organizations at all levels, to the vast majority of Party members, and to those actively aspiring to join the Party, who tirelessly dedicate themselves to the company’s various endeavors. He then briefly reviewed the history of the founding of the Communist Party of China and the company’s own development, emphasizing that “original aspiration and mission” are the driving force behind our progress; only by remaining steadfast in our original aspirations can we stay true to our course. Finally, Wang Lizong set forth specific expectations and encouragements for Party members and Party organizations at all levels, focusing on four key areas: strengthening ideological conviction, fostering innovation, shouldering responsibility, and bolstering Party branch building.

　　Xiao Yongmin, Chairman and General Manager of the company, delivered an important address on strengthening the “Four Consciousnesses.” He commended all Party members for, over the past year, fully leveraging their role as pioneers and models, and for leading and driving the company’s overall development. He pointed out that the company is currently at a critical juncture—building itself into a publicly listed enterprise, undertaking a major period of quality reassessment and rectification, and transitioning toward high‑quality growth—facing unprecedented challenges. With half of the year already behind us and the locomotive‑manufacturing workload for the second half still uncertain, these circumstances present new hurdles to achieving the annual targets. He urged all Party members to strengthen their sense of crisis, innovation, responsibility, and teamwork, and exhorted them to always bear in mind the principle of serving the people wholeheartedly, conscientiously fulfill their duties, and, with greater determination and higher standards, ensure rigorous implementation and tangible results. He called on them to strive to deliver outstanding achievements worthy of themselves, their enterprise, and the title of Communist Party member.
