On February 2, the company convened a staff congress in the first-floor conference room of the Research Building.

Chairman and General Manager Xiao Yongmin provided a comprehensive review of the company’s operations and management in 2023. Over the past year, with the care, support, and assistance of Party committees and governments at all levels as well as our customers, and through the concerted efforts of all employees, the company achieved notable progress in industrial development, technological innovation, and management and operations. In 2024, the company will remain committed to its original mission of “common prosperity,” placing capability building at the core and leveraging “reform, innovation, and digitalization” as driving forces, while making every effort to successfully navigate the critical phase of restructuring and listing, thereby advancing the company’s sustainable, high‑quality development.

The meeting heard a report on employee education and training, reviewed and approved related reports on labor protection expenses and welfare benefits, and signed the 2024 Collective Wage Agreement.

Party Secretary Liu Chaohui delivered a concluding address.
