A group of government officials “versed in economics” is helping the company achieve a leap forward with its IPO on the Golden Hibiscus Board.

On the morning of December 15, Jiang Hengxiang, Party Secretary of the Zhuzhou Municipal Administrative Approval and Service Bureau; Hu Can, Deputy Party Secretary and Deputy Director; Che Silin, Member of the Standing Committee of the Shifeng District Party Committee and Deputy District Mayor; along with other leading officials from municipal and district-level engineering quality and safety supervision stations, real estate registration centers, housing and urban–rural development bureaus, and administrative approval and service bureaus, paid a visit to the company to attend a government–enterprise exchange meeting. The event included a “Certificate Delivery upon Completion” initiative for Lince Group’s projects, as well as a follow-up review of the “Go, Find, Think, Promote” campaign. At the scene, Huang Tianliang, Guo Zhi, and Liu Zhiyan successively presented the company with the Joint Acceptance Certificate, the Completion Acceptance Filing Form, and the Real Estate Ownership Certificate.

Liu Zhiyan, Deputy Director of the Municipal Real Estate Registration Center, presented the Certificate of Real Estate Ownership.

He added that the company’s projects are complex and multifaceted, with tight deadlines and intricate procedural interdependencies. In response, the Municipal Administrative Approval Bureau took the lead in establishing the “Lince Holdings Manufacturing Hub Supervision and Service WeChat Group,” leveraging the advantages of a comprehensive, full‑process, full‑cycle working mechanism—featuring joint oversight, expedited departmental processing, on‑site assistance, and end‑to‑end agency services. By tailoring its service model to the entire project lifecycle—“meticulous diagnosis, precise reverse scheduling, and refined support”—the bureau successfully completed all administrative approval procedures on schedule, significantly reducing project‑construction costs and gaining valuable time for the company’s growth. “In particular, just yesterday, the property ownership certificates for Buildings No. 6 and No. 8 were finalized. Today, Secretary Hengxiang convened leaders from various departments to visit our company for a certificate‑handing ceremony marking ‘completion‑and‑immediate‑certification,’ along with a government‑enterprise exchange meeting.
