　　To the resounding, powerful chants of their team slogans, nine teams from the company’s various business units and functional departments took to the stage. Drawing on the unique characteristics of their respective workgroups, each team delivered a live demonstration across six segments: lineup and formation, commitment to core values, learning and communication, work planning, safety briefings, and orderly departure. In just a few minutes, with high spirits, standardized procedures, and crisp, coordinated movements, every team showcased its distinctive strengths, bringing the energy and enthusiasm of its members vividly to life. Meanwhile, the judges meticulously scored each team against the established criteria, frequently offering approving nods at the outstanding performances. After fierce competition, the Structural Components Division’s “Striving Team” claimed first place, while the New Materials Company’s “All‑Stars Interior Design Team” and “Women’s Dream Team” shared second place. The Ventilation and Cooling Division’s “Wind‑Riding Team,” Electrical Technology Co., Ltd.’s “Excellence Team,” and the New Industries Division’s “Sailing Through Waves Team” were awarded third place.

　　As a key vehicle for team‑building efforts, the pre‑shift meeting serves as an effective platform for communicating higher‑level directives, assigning production tasks, fostering communication and collaboration among team members, and providing reminders on safety and quality. It is also an important means of boosting employee morale and enhancing the overall spirit of the team, playing a vital role in advancing the company’s management practices. Through this competition, all units have come to fully appreciate the significance of pre‑shift meetings. Participants unanimously pledged to further refine the format of these meetings, standardize their procedures, elevate employees’ professional outlook, and continuously strive for excellence—ensuring that the first “process” of each day is carried out thoroughly and with high quality—thereby strengthening the comprehensive management capabilities of frontline teams.
